Vistuca – Water-Miscible Metalworking Fluid

Recommended for: Metalworking operations such as drilling, turning, milling, and CNC machining. Depending on machining severity and water quality, users may select an oil concentration of 3–10% in water.

Note: Use water with Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ content below 500 mg/L. When mixed with water, the product forms a milky-white emulsion.

Vistuca is an emulsifiable metalworking fluid that forms a stable milky-white emulsion when mixed with water. Designed for metalworking applications, it provides excellent cooling and lubrication performance to help extend tool life and improve machining efficiency. Its outstanding antibacterial properties help prolong fluid service life, while its formulation can tolerate water hardness levels of up to 1,000 ppm.
